Vineyards
The vineyards of the company are all located in the town of Villa of Negrar, at an altitude ranging from 260 to 280 m a.s.l. position that allows you to have an excellent temperature range between daytime and nighttime.
We cultivate 3.5 hectares of Veronese pergola, while the remaining hectare is cultivated with Guyot. The average age of the vines ranges from the youngest at 15 to the oldest aged 35-40.
The composition of the plots is very fragmented and differentiated, but this allows you to have individual beds of land with unique characteristics.
The peculiarity of each individual vineyard, eventually assembled together, gives the wines a perfect balance and a perfect depiction of this territory.
The town of Villa is a district east of Negrar, about 1 km from the town center. It is mentioned on historical documents before the year 1000 as an ancient settlement identified as "vila". The origin of the name comes from the Middle Ages and meant village, but it is the Roman villa located in the center of the building complex that stood here between the 2nd and 3rd century AD to give the name to this place.
Sustainability
For the cultivation of our vineyards, we pay close attention to sustainability, so we do not use weed-killers for cleaning the inter-row and for years we have been practicing the integrated fight against the Tignoletta (fruit moth) with the "Gender Confusion". We also try to limit treatments by intervening only if necessary.
In this area, our plots grow and mature:
Campo Novo
Pisoi
Osteria Vecchia
Ponte
Pian
Marognette
Molino
Paradiso
In the land, I found my wealth:
I studied the origins, the internal microclimates, the surrounding environment and the potentials of Villa’s terroir. I can say that I have signed a pact of collaboration with nature to get a good wine. And I have understood that the profound meaning of my mission in this area, dedicated to the production of wine, is to mature an identity strongly linked to the essence of the earth, to the fruits it gives us and to the wine we produce by working together.

DolceVera
DolceVera comes from the communal experiences between the men and the land. We must be grateful for the gifts that are given to us, for the people who are at our side and for the earth, the origin of the whole, that is given to us.
I know my land and I will let you experience it with my wines: Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto.
